Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, free shipping is included on every order. There are no minimums or hidden conditions. We want delivery to feel easy and stress free.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link once your parcel ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship only within Ireland. If we expand in the future, our community will be the first to know.
What is your return policy?
You have 60 days from delivery to return your items. Contact us at redconsupply@gmail.com and we will guide you through the process.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are usually issued within 7 business days after your return is accepted. Your bank may take a little longer to show the amount.
Do you accept exchanges?

What do I do if my order has not arrived?
Check your tracking link. If it has been more than 7 business days without updates, contact us at redconsupply@gmail.com and we will investigate.
What happens if I receive a damaged product?
We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Email us at redconsupply@gmail.com with a short description and a photo if possible. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Can I update or cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, we may still be able to update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
