RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Boltact purchase. Our tech products are carefully curated to bring innovation and reliability to your digital life, but if something isn’t quite right, our return process is simple and stress-free.

You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and sent back with all original packaging and accessories included. We never charge restocking fees—what you see is what you get, right down to our return policy.

To start a return, contact us at redconsupply@gmail.com with your order number, and our team will guide you through the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely.

If you’d like to exchange an item, just let us know when you contact us, and we’ll help you find the right option.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll refund your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may need a few extra days to complete the transfer.
